The Fall Prevention Program

"There are trainers, and then there is Chelsea in a class by herself, always cheerful, positive, and uplifting.

The Fall Prevention Program

“At 93, Chelsea taught me to walk. I had no balance, no confidence, and was depressed. Our twice-weekly sessions changed my life. Now, at 95, I’m happy, healthy, optimistic, and can walk and drive. The compassionate care I received was top of class. Chelsea will bring your mind and body to a new joyful level.”

 —George H.

As we age, our balance and strength can decline, making daily activities more challenging and increasing the risk of falls.

This doesn’t just impact your physical health; it can also create fear and anxiety about losing independence. But you don’t have to accept this as part of growing older.
